ESE Florenceis thrilled to announce an exciting cultural trip to Vienna, the heart of Central Europe (‘Mittel Europa’), exclusively for all ESE students, with the generous support of Professor Sommariva.
Trip Dates:
- Departure: Thursday, 14th November 2024 at 8:30 PM from SMN Central Station, Florence
- Return: Monday, 18th November 2024 at 6:15 AM

Trip Pricing:
- €540.00 per person (for groups of 14 or more)
- €570.00 per person (for groups of up to 12)
What's included:
- Transportation via night train (Wagon Lit, 2-bed cabin with private facilities) from Florence to Vienna and back, including a continental breakfast served onboard.
- Accommodation in a 4-star hotel (twin-bedded room) with buffet breakfast.
- Admission to the famous Schönbrunn Palace.
- A ticket to the enchanting Mozart-Strauss concert at the Kurhaus (formal dress required).
- Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical care, lost luggage, injuries, etc.).
What’s not included:
- Lunches and dinners: Professor Sommariva will recommend excellent spots to enjoy authentic Austrian cuisine on a budget.
- Public transportation: We suggest purchasing a 72-hour underground ticket for €18.00 (the metro operates 24/7).
Booking Details: To secure your spot, a non-refundable security deposit of €100.00 is required by October 17th, payable cash to Gemma (by bank transfer for students from the other Campuses).
Should the trip be canceled by ESE, the deposit will be fully refunded.
