Dear Students, 

Our Events Management Professor Vita Munchack would like to propose a volunteering opportunity to our students for the EuroMedaLab 2021, the 24th IFCC-EFLM European Congress of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine that will take place from the 28th of November until the 2nd of December in Munich, Germany.

There will be 5000 attendees per day and more then 100 worldwide leading companies in pharmaceutical and medical sector.

The event company organizing the event is Oh37.  They are organising 6 locations for the client and taking care about: set up, content , operation, production, post production. 

For this volunteering opportunity 3 students will be selected. 

The requirements are: 

1. To have a PCR or vaccine certificate;
2. To follow the instructions of OH37;
3. Responsibilities will be mainly in 3 directions: communication with guests; support of the content; support of AV(audio visual operations).

Students will need to pass Health and Safety training  online and on site. 
Students will be registered as volunteers and can work from 4-8 hours per day. 
Students will visit/have a meeting with the office of OH37 based in Madrid at least 2 times before the event to attend the meeting with different departments.
