Finance Department Internship

Location: Madrid
Duration: 3-6 months 
Remuneration: Yes

Language Requirements: English & Spanish (C1 minimum)

The Role:

The ideal candidate will support our Treasury and Finance departments with a variety of tasks, including vendor management, payment preparation, and administrative duties related to invoicing and bank relations. 

  • Vendor Management: Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors, including data entry and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed. 
  • Payment Preparation: Support the preparation and processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Bank Relations: Manage administrative tasks related to banking operations, such as requesting necessary documents or invoices from financial institutions. 
  • Treasury Support: Focus on treasury operations, helping with cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management. 
  • Document Management: Handle administrative tasks associated with invoicing, including the organization and filing of financial documents. 
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries as required. 
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general support to the finance department as needed, including data entry, file management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Immersive Experience Staff/Guide

Location: Madrid
Duration: 3-6 months
Renumeration: Yes

The Role:

As an
  Ikonic Staff member, you play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. With your intuitive understanding, you anticipate their needs even before they realize them. Supported by your Store Manager, you expertly match those needs with the right products and services. Your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.

  • Welcoming customers with a friendly smile!
  • Helping guests with ticket purchases.
  • Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
  • Taking care of the cash register.
  • Being the friendly face at the museum store stand and keeping it well-stocked.
  • Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
  • Providing support to enhance the overall experience.
  • Responding to customer questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
  • Taking care of repairs and maintenance to keep our spaces in top shape.
  • Ensuring the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.
